Flea market at the Museumsufer

On Saturdays, there is a large flea market from 9:00 to 14:00 that takes place at the Sachsenhausen riverbank or in the Osthafen, along Lindleystraße. The market attracts bargain-hunters who are looking for antiques, second-hand goods or arts and crafts.

Go to Berger Straße on a Saturday or Wednesday morning and experience the farmers market by the Uhrtürmchen clock tower. With its wide variety of fresh produce, including many other goods, this is one of the largest and most popular markets in Frankfurt.

The boutique Kontrast, on Hanauer Landstraße 297, in the Ostend area, has six floors of modern furniture design in a distinctively East Berlin style building. Unique and high-quality items are sold here and, although the prices are high and you may not buy anything, it is easy to lose yourself among the beautiful pieces.
